Jajos’ culinary wanderlust began from her parents’ kitchen at their family-owned restaurant in Burma. Honoured with Best Chef of the Year at International Kalams Golden Awards 2019, Pan Asian Master Chef Jajos is truly an inspiration for many by being the first woman in her tribal community to showcase her inborn talent in the world of chefs. She has honed her cooking skills under the tutelage of acclaimed Master Chefs and has spearheaded kitchens at restaurants across 5-star hotels for over 10 years. Her experiments with myriad flavours, herbs and home-made spices conjure an aromatic Asian culinary fare that never fails to surprise the palate.
